365…337

Tuesday, 3 December 2019

I was having a lovely and delicious belated birthday dinner with family this evening when I wondered for a second what day it was, thinking Friday or Saturday which meant a sleep-in tomorrow morning. Then it hit me…it’s Tuesday!

Thankfully I’m teleworking tomorrow which is an extra hour of sleep.

All day I have wanted to paint a tree. A plain brown, bare tree. As I started to paint, my first thought was you can’t have just a plain old tree on white paper…there needs to be a sky, grass… something. So I added it in. But the tree just didn’t look quite right so I added more…and more…

Today’s photo is a Downey woodpecker that dropped by the suet feeder this morning.
