Two evenings in a row now, I have almost quit the project. Just because I’m tired or not into it. And then I see a painting hanging on the wall and think… You’ve been doing this every day for over a year… Going to quit now???
So tonight, I sighed, sat at the table and stared at a blank canvas for what seemed like a long time, waiting for an idea but nothing came. Then I really thought it was time to call it quits.
Instead, I picked up my phone, opened Pinterest and looked at my painting inspiration board for ideas and I saw it! I knew what I was going to paint.
I love this quote. The first time I read it I thought…YES! Someone else gets it. This is exactly how I feel when I’m in nature, in the forest, hanging with the trees!
