Let’s recap the first week of Happiness:
Have you ever noticed that some people seem to be happy all the time and yet others struggle with it? The 30 days of Happiness project provides daily guidance in the form of fun and easy ideas to help inspire the spark of happiness in each of us to grow and grow and grow.
So let’s take a look at what we’ve accomplished so far this week: We’ve created fail-safes – things or people that can trigger happy, loving and positive thoughts that can lift us out of a negative space. We now start our day with being grateful and remember to be grateful throughout our day and we have set positive boundaries by only saying YES when our whole heart and soul are in it! Everyday we do something we love – dancing, playing, singing, painting… and we sing our favourite songs out loud with joy! We’ve given our worries to our higher power and we no longer take things personally.
