Happy birthday Cliff 🥳
It was a quiet snowy work day. So glad I don’t have to commute anymore!
I took a late lunch to prepare some meals, having bought ground beef yesterday and noticing this morning that the best before date is today!
So, in my hour break, I chopped onions, peppers, and minced garlic. I cooked chili con carne, meatloaf, hamburger patties, and beef chilaquiles, and seasoned hamburger to be cooked later. It was a very productive hour!
After work, I got the vacuum sealer out and sealed most of the meals…the novelty has yet to wear off of that gadget 😉. The meals have been divided, sealed, labeled and put in the freezer.
It’s nice to have healthy, ready made meals for those nights I don’t feel like cooking.
Soap and lip balm making are on the agenda for this weekend as I’m just about out of both. Here’s to a productive weekend!
