A fabulous, unseasonably warm day began with sunshine, a flock of geese taking flight with a bald eagle soaring beside them.

He soared up and down the river in front of my house for several minutes. What a sight!
Raven dropped in for a visit. First on the lawn then on the dead tree.
Also had a pileated woodpecker fly by me as I sat on the veranda. Didn’t have time for a photo though.
The day ended with warm temperatures and an amazing sunset.
