What a fabulous August day!

I spent most of the afternoon in the wood shop building a small deck for our garbage and recycle bins. It was tough work and I had to call in an expert towards the end – thanks Mom! – but we got it done!

The night was topped off with a gorgeous fireworks display all across Gatineau that I could watch from my veranda…pretty sweet!!!
