I just noticed that the day numbers of the year are off by a few so I’m thinking I may drop them from the title. But then I’ll have to come up with a creative title every day. Huh. Going to need to stew on that for a bit 😉

A lovely thunderstorm blew through the region this afternoon, bringing a lower temperature but it’s still quite humid. Relief is on the way Wednesday…which is a holiday here in Quebec!

I made homemade pizzas for supper tonight. First time trying it on my own since I was a teenager. Back then I would use my tea biscuit recipe for the dough and whatever cheese we hand on hand.

My nephews inspired me…we have had a few pizza nights together, Jamie would make the dough and Connor and I would help with toppings.

Tonight I used a store bought crust and tried two different pizzas…one was a Margherita (tomatoes, basil, olive oil and mozzarella) and the other was bruschetta and bocconcini – which was my fav tonight.
