Today is the kind of day I wish for every day during the summer months. Not too hot, not too cold, gentle breeze… My perfect kind of day!

Lots of dragonflies around this spring, darning needles too! ©WQuinn 2020

My plan this morning was to move some stones over to the spot we’ll be building our stone wall. The big one, seen in th picture below, was my focus today. Oh I tried and tried, could feel parts of my body stretch I didn’t know existed. I managed to get it on the dolly but it wasn’t centred quite right, so, silly me decides to remove it and try again… It started falling back towards me, knocked me off balance and I went flying, landing with an oof and stars floating above me…like in the cartoons!

The big stone.

I got up, shook myself off and went at it again, then decided it would make a lovely end table just where it was!

I switched to gardening and got along much better.

After dinner, I watered my gardens and took a few dozen pics. Enjoy!

Malva Zebrinas I grew from seed.
