Something’s got me down…fighting a bug? Post trip blues? Not sure but I’m tired. Several people around me, work and home, are sick so I guess it’s bound to happen but fingers crossed it passes me by!
I took a few shots today but nothing wowed me. Until I was heading out for an appointment a little after 4 pm and the sun was beginning to set.
There’s nothing quite like a Perkins road sunset.
I had my first mammogram this evening. It wasn’t as bad as I’ve heard it could be. The Gatineau hospital was great. All the staff I encountered spoke English and we’re friendly. Glad to have that done. I took advantage of being in town and ran a few errands. Managed to finally buy a pair of winter boots! Now I’m ready for the snow!
