365…264

Saturday 21 September 2019

Oh my, what a glorious warm humid and sunny day!

Believe it or not, I spent the majority of it indoors working on my family tree book. I recently met a second cousin and offered to share my book but it’s been a while since I’ve had a look at it and I wanted to make sure it was in good order before sending it off.

I forgot how much I had accomplished and how close it is to being ready for print. So I’ve decided to finish it, this weekend if possible, and send it off the Blurb for a one off! Will be quite an accomplishment to finally finish it! The thing with family trees, they are never finished…new data is always becoming available but at some point you need to take a snapshot and preserve what you have.

While I was editing the book, Dukes and Ashes – my two cats – were sitting by my side, eh, well, sleeping by my side!

Tonight’s painting is reminiscent of Margaritaville!
