Oh, what a day! I spent the entire day at the Aero Gatineau-Ottawa airshow photographing planes. An annual event I attend with my nephew. 1602 or so photos taken today. Unfortunately the sky was dark for many of them so they will need some editing. The rain eventually stopped and the clouds formed interesting sky patterns. Dark here, blue there, white clouds over there. One plane flying by could have three different backgrounds!

It was hard to choose just one photo from all of the amazing displays today. But I decided to choose the one I was most excited to see and hear…the F-35.

The hardest part of posting this photo is not being able to edit it first and lighten it up a little. That’s part of my 365 Creativity Project…not enhancing my images in Photoshop or Lightroom but working with the camera settings to achieve an ideal photo. Easier said than done when a fighter jet is passing by at 1000 plus kms an hour!

Today’s painting is another little one. I like how cute these tiny paintings are!
