30 days hath September, April June and November. Which means there’s one more day in August.
Had a lovely visit with a dear friend today. I enjoyed catching up and learning of what’s next on her journey. Made some fresh herbal mint and chamomile tea straight from my garden. Yum!
I spent a little time in my flower garden this afternoon, welcoming the sunflowers who have recently woken up and took a few pics. On my way back in, the sunflower next to the stairs caught my eye. I grabbed my camera off my shoulder, set up for the shot then a bumblebee appeared out of nowhere and photobombed me!

For today’s painting, I wanted something simple. I thought of a painting I did in the winter of a tree and reeds with snow and ice. I wanted to do something similar.
