Took the bus into work today. Looks like this will be my new norm, at least for the foreseeable future. Once the flood waters recede, traffic will still be heavy due to construction on several bridges. I really can’t complain…as long as I get to the park and ride before 6:30 am, it’s a smooth and easy commute.
I brought my paints into work with me for some lunchtime zen!
I like to start my day by stepping out onto the veranda…if the weather is warm and dry, maybe venture out onto the lawn in my barefeet…to greet the day. The days I go into the office are early starts, which is a great time to catch the sunrise. This morning I was able to capture the orange glow on the trees.
