A rainy Friday but it’s the end of the work week and beginning of the weekend!!!
I was pretty busy all day…didn’t take any breaks which meant no pictures or bird watching. I made up for it after work though, stopping by the nature path to take pics of the covered bridge. Unfortunately the path was closed due to flooding but I was able to get a few pics from a safe distance.
Today I bought a bike! I haven’t ridden a bike since…well…more than 30 years!!! It’s about time, I’d say! 
I’ve been looking for years online for used ones and at Canadian Tire for new ones. This one popped up yesterday…on sale! I rode it from the house to the garage, was a little wobbly but the old saying is true…it’s like riding a bike. You never forget. Can’t wait to get it on the pathways!

I can hear the peepers outside as I write this. Such a beautiful, peaceful, spring sound.
Today’s photo of the day was taken of the flooded pathway. This is the same river that flows behind my house. Because of the dam, the water levels are quite low at the moment. Not so below the dam though.
