Oh yeah! The weather was incredible today…sunshine and warm!
I had a doctor’s appointment in town today so didn’t get to spend a lot of time outside. I would have liked to have had the day to work around the yard…it’ll come though.
After my appointment I went to see Captain Marvel one more time. In anticipation of Avengers Endgame this Friday night, I watched all of the Marvel movies, in order. Captain Marvel was the last one…now the wait begins for Endgame….can hardly wait 🙂
We took the ferry home so we could stop at the Lièvre River in Masson-Angers to take pictures. This time of year, the water levels is very high and it makes for an incredible sight. Year after year I drive by, wanting to stop or go back sometime. By the time I get around to it, the water levels have receded. By mid summer, there is a tiny trickle of water. Sometimes it looks dry. Tonight, though, we stopped and I got lots of awesome shots. The roar of the water was incredible. So much power, so much beauty. Mother nature continues to astound me!
Today’s painting is…wait for it…another sunflower painting! I couldn’t help myself…have I mentioned I love sunflowers?
